Information you submit

When you send an enquiry, we store the information you deliberately provide, such as your name, contact details, service interests and message, so we can reply and manage the relationship. Submission consent is separate from cookie consent.

Cookie choices

Necessary storage records your privacy choice and supports essential site operation. You may separately allow preferences, analytics and marketing. Your choice is saved in this browser under aqua-cookie-preferences and can be changed with the Cookie settings button.

Aqua Tag

Aqua Tag is our first-party website telemetry. Before a choice is saved it creates no visitor identifier and sends no page, performance, error or conversion event. After a choice, the server independently rejects events outside the categories you allowed.

• Analytics can measure page use, performance, faults and form completion events.
• Marketing can measure opted-in campaign conversions and attribution.
• Form field values are never included in telemetry.
• Recorded URLs exclude query strings, fragments and credentials.

Storage and access

Enquiries and consent audit records are stored in the connected Supabase project. Public browsers cannot query those tables directly. Access is limited to authorised internal users and server-side services.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or withdraw follow-up permission, by emailing edwardhallam07@gmail.com. Certain business records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
